ODESSA

FIRE COMPANY

The proposed Station 24 expansion for the Odessa Fire Company, located at the heart of the Town's historic district. This new station required careful planning to provide improved functionality within an extremely restricted site. The existing station will be entirely replaced with a new 25,000 sf facility, while the attached Memorial Hall will receive lobby renovations. In addition to the physical restraints of the property, the new design must reconcile the needs of a modern fire station with the context-sensitive design criteria of the Historic District. The new facility will contain 5 vehicle bays, equipment support spaces, a large administrative suite, and member areas such as bunk rooms and a fitness center.
